In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the fellbet website at fellbet.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and fellbet's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed online gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing or using the fellbet Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the fellbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and fellbet relating to your use of the Platform. fellbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use fellbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fellbet, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

fellbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to fellbet's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and any Balance held pending resolution. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access real-money games on the fellbet Platform, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times;
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential — you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account;
• Register only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Notify fellbet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

fellbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be closed at any time, with any Balance subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, fellbet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fellbet will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. fellbet will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

All financial transactions on the fellbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• PayMaya / Maya;
• Philippine bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank;
• Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank).

fellbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per IP address;
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until Wagering Requirements are met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms;
• fellbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through low-risk betting strategies, collusion, or use of multiple Accounts — will result in voiding of bonuses and winnings and may result in Account closure;
• Where a player makes a withdrawal before meeting applicable Wagering Requirements, fellbet reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

All games available on the fellbet Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of fellbet's systems.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as published within the game interface and on the Platform's game information pages;
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on fellbet's servers, the server-side record shall be definitive;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, fellbet will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fellbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or depositing funds on behalf of a third party;

fellbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, fellbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic session cut-offs after a specified period of play;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

fellbet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

All content on the fellbet Platform — including but not limited to the fellbet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fellbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fellbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fellbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fellbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond fellbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fellbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting fellbet's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds not meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

fellbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third-party responsible gaming authority;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Extended period of Account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fellbet reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such Balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and fellbet, you agree to first contact fellbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

For game-related disputes, the decision of fellbet's technical team — based on server-side records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

fellbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fellbet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
